• Usage data: device, browser, log, and analytics data collected automatically when you use the Service.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Subprocessors

To generate content, your prompts and input media are transmitted to our third-party AI inference provider (BytePlus ModelArk / Seedance) for processing. These providers process data solely to fulfill generation requests on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations. We also use Stripe to process payments.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, and AI inference providers), or when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dramax, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
